<p>The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition to be parenterally administered, including submicronic ester particles of docosahexaenoic acid, dispersed in an aqueous phase using a mixture of at least two surfactants selected from among a) at least one polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester and b) at least one phospholipid derivative. The present invention also relates to the method for preparing said pharmaceutical composition.</p>
