PURPOSE: A method and a system for collecting late fees for a communication service are provided to systematically support a communication service by resuming the communication service through the payment of a settlement fund. CONSTITUTION: A customer interface unit(110) generates information displayed on the screen of a client terminal. The information comprises communications service restart necessary information in which small amount settlement information and communication service resume approval information is included. A calculating unit(120) performs one or more financial information processes which are predetermined according to a small amount settlement. A controller(130) processes deferral communications expenses collection aiding information. A communication unit(140) performs physical communications between the communications company system and client terminal.
