PURPOSE: A diamond endless wire rope saw, capable of reducing the loss of raw materials in cutting and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the rapid cutting speed and to facilitate the mount and replace of a wire rope saw. CONSTITUTION: A diamond endless wire rope saw comprises an endless wire rope(100), beads(300), and a synthetic plastic layer(200). A plurality of beads is inserted in the wire rope at regular intervals. Diamond is brazed in a bead. The space between beads is coated with a synthetic plastic layer. The bead adheres to the wire rope with an adhesive(500).
