<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit for detecting an antigen containing a capture antibody, a detecting antibody combined with a single stranded DNA oligonucleotide, a single stranded RNA oligonucleotide complementarily lined to the DNA oligonucleotide and marked with a fluorescent material, and an RNA degradative enzyme, and to provide a method of detecting the antigen using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The DNA oligonucleotide marked with both ends marked with a fluorescent material and a fluorescence quenching matter is connected to an antibody to amplify a signal using an enzyme, and the signal amplification is performed using the increase of a fluorescent signal generated by causing an RNase H to cut an RNA using the RNA oligonucleotide and the RNase (i.e., RNase H) complementarily to the DNA oligonucleotide when the target molecule is present. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
