<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a goal or daily duty registration, confirmation and billing system that can be adapted to any goal or any daily duty of a user. <P>SOLUTION: In the system, the goal or the daily duty can be registered in a system server 1 via the Internet, and furthermore, reward data to be offered when the goal or the daily duty is executed, or a fine is imposed when the goal or the daily duty is not executed can be registered. Furthermore, the system delivers mail for confirming whether or not the registered goal or the daily duty is achieved, and can make the user register an execution status of the goal or the daily duty, confirms reward data registered in advance, or confirms that the fine may be imposed, and executes the reward or the fine by the user acceptance.
