<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the input time of operator's ID, a password or the like by automatically authenticating an operator by an operator's fingerprint or the like and to improve a traceability function when inspecting an apparatus to be inspected. <P>SOLUTION: When an operator puts a finger on a fingerprint reading pad 300a, a pointing device 300 automatically reads out a fingerprint of the finger and outputs fingerprint information to an inspection device 200. When the fingerprint information is input from the pointing device 300, the inspection device 200 refers to a plurality of pieces of fingerprint information previously registered and stored in a file server 100 and an operator's information database through a network 500 and obtains operator's ID. When the operator's ID can not be obtained from the fingerprint information, the inspection device 200 displays an alarm message and does not perform processing after that. Then, the inspection device 200 inspects an apparatus 400 to be inspected, samples inspection information such as an inspection date, the operator's ID, a measurement value, and an adjustment value and stores the sampled inspection information in the inspection device 200. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
