PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable radio machine preventing the deterioration of antenna performance while being capable of avoiding the mechanical damage of a circuit connected to an antenna in the portable radio machine having a waterproof function. SOLUTION: The portable radio machine includes a box body 10 combining a first case 11 and a second case 12. The portable radio machine includes an annular elastic member 13 held by the first case 11 and the second case 12, a flexible printed circuit board 14 integrally formed to the annular elastic member 13 and disposed in a region surrounded by the annular elastic member 13, and the antenna 15 arranged on the flexible printed circuit board 14. The portable radio machine further includes a circuit loader 19 disposed to the antenna 15 and a circuit board 17 arranged in the region surrounded by the annular elastic member 13. A part of the antenna 15 is disposed along a part of the annular elastic member 13, the circuit loader 19 is arranged inside the annular elastic member 13, and the antenna 15 and the ground for circuit board 17 are separated at a fixed distance or more.
