PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of controlling an increase and decrease of traffic and maintaining an optimal traffic when control information from a base station device is transferred. SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of sub-frames forming a frame includes a first period and a second period. The first periods included in each of the sub-frames forming the frame are used for different base station devices. A control information extracting unit 66 extracts from a received signal control information whose source is the base station device and which indicates the first period used by the base station device. A measuring unit 114 measures the amount of the received signal. A transfer amount determining unit 116 and a transfer information determining unit 118 change the amount of control information to be transferred among the extracted control information according to the amount of the measured signal, and determine the control information to be transferred.
