PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarized laser oscillation method resonating with right polarized light or left polarized light and enables easily switching, by guiding a laser to a 3 dimensional optical resonator. SOLUTION: The polarized laser oscillation method includes steps of: guiding the laser light to the 3 dimensional optical resonator 4; a step of guiding the laser transmitted from a flat mirror 21 to a zero cross feedback signal generator 6 while controlling the length of the optical path formed by the flat mirrors 21, 22 and concave mirrors 23, 24 by revolving around a pair of flat mirrors 21, 22 and a pair of concave mirrors 23, 24 arranged sterically in the 3 dimensional optical resonator 4, and deforming a piezo element 25 by applying a ramp shaped driving voltage to the 3 dimensional optical resonator 4; determining whether the difference value between the P polarized component and the S polarized component of the laser is the zero crossing of the right polarized light or the zero crossing of left polarized light; and based on the result of the determination, resonating with the right polarized laser or the left polarized laser in the 3 dimensional optical resonator 4 by fixing the value of the driving voltage applied from a resonator controller 8 to the piezo element 25.
