PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for connecting a shield cable, capable of achieving characteristic impedance matching by a simple connection work without using a separate component. SOLUTION: The inner terminal 20 includes an electric connection 21, a core wire passing part 22, a crimping barrel 24, and a connection 23. The core wire passing part 22 is bent or caulked to the core wire W1 at the edge of a cut-out 22A and is in contact with the core wire W1 so as to cover the core wire W1 of the shield cable W which traverses the crimping barrel 24 and the connection 23 and is mounted so that its tip may be located at the core wire passing part 22.
