PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail system capable of improving the convenience of a user while reducing a server load. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the electronic mail system 1 in which a main mail address of an e-mail sender described in a transmission source address display box in e-mail transmitted by the e-mail sender is converted into an alias mail address to transmit the e-mail to an e-mail recipient. The electronic mail system 1 includes: a transmission source replacement mail address extracting part 22 for extracting a transmission source replacement mail address described in a transmission destination address display box in the e-mail transmitted by the e-mail sender; and an address replacing part 23 for replacing the transmission source replacement mail address extracted by the transmission source replacement mail address extracting part 22 as an alias mail address with the main mail address described in the transmission source address display box.
