PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous footing structure of a building, which can improve durability by inhibiting neutralization of concrete without causing hindrance to the construction of a structural member. SOLUTION: In the continuous footing 1 of reinforced concrete, which is provided with a finish layer 7 formed by constructing a leveling member so as to cover an upper surface 5a of a rising portion 5, side-surface protective layers 10, 10 are formed on the outer side surface 5b and the inner side surface 5c of the rising portion 5 by applying a neutralization inhibiting material such as a silicone resin coating material, a polymer-cement coating material or the like. Further, an upper-surface protective layer 11 is formed between the upper surface 5a and the finish layer 7 of the rising portion 5 by applying a neutralization inhibiting material such as an epoxy resin coating material, a silicate surface-impregnating material or the like.
