PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic fuel injection system for automatically injecting fuel into a vehicle at a low cost. SOLUTION: The automatic fuel injection system injecting fuel into a fueling port 102 of a vehicle 100 moving on a transport mechanism CV includes a vehicular switching unit 50 which is mounted at the top of a traveling unit 30, an insertion guide 64 supported by the vehicular switching unit 50 and inserted into the fuel port 102 so as to be extracted, and a fuel supply mechanism 60 having a fuel hose which is inserted into the fuel port 102 after passing through a tube of the insertion guide 64. The vehicular switching unit 50 includes a cam plate attached to a base and having a cam groove, a cam follower in which a protruding portion of a lower surface is slidably engaged with the cam groove and an upper surface supports the fuel supply mechanism, and an actuator for moving the cam follower along the cam groove. Furthermore, by moving the cam follower to a predetermined position of the cam groove by using the actuator, the position and the angle of the insertion guide supported by the upper surface of the cam follower is adjusted.
