PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem wherein there is a danger that a cart for tray service or furniture is suddenly changed into a murder weapon due to a sudden and large shaking of a vehicle such as an airplane or a large shaking in a skyscraper upon an earthquake, but the cart or the furniture has little countermeasures against these dangers, and people are exposed to large dangers though they seldom occur. SOLUTION: In the device, a substrate 7 integrated with a large number of needles 11 obliquely implanted to it is provided on the bottom surface of the furniture or the cart together with a mechanism for stabbing the needles to a carpet on the floor at will. In the case of the furniture, it is fixed to the floor in advance. In the case of the cart for tray service in an aircraft or the like, the damage due to turbulence is prevented from occurring by manually or automatically operating the mechanism for stabbing the needles quickly before the shaking becomes large and dangerous.
