PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension control device capable of providing an excellent operation feeling. SOLUTION: A first embodiment controller possessed by this suspension control device has a target pitch angle calculating part 21 for calculating a target pitch angle based on lateral additional acceleration provided by differentiating lateral acceleration determined by a lateral acceleration estimating means from a detected vehicle speed and a steering angle, and controls a shock absorber 6 based on the target pitch angle. The suspension control device calculates the target pitch angle from the lateral additional acceleration, and sets a coincident case of signs of the lateral additional acceleration and the lateral acceleration at this time as a forward-downward target pitch angle. By being set in this way, even if a steering wheel is increasingly steered to any of the left and right, the steering wheel can be set forward-downward. The excellent operation feeling is provided.
