PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley with a damper capable of reducing the cost by reducing the number of components. SOLUTION: The pulley with the damper includes a damper unit 30 having a damper part 30b for reducing the torsional vibration of a rotating shaft; a pulley unit 32 having a pulley part 32a coaxially arranged on an outer peripheral side of the damper part, and a cover part 32b continued toward a radial inner side from the pulley part and covering one side periphery of the damper part; an annular elastic body 34 arranged on an outer side of the cover part in the peripheral direction and having axial one end side fixed to an outer side surface Sout of the cover part; and a pressure ring 36 fixed to the other axial end side of the annular elastic body so that a fixing position with the damper unit is adjustable in the axial direction.
