The receiver (10) has an optical path running in a plane (E1) concerning to first partial radiations (22) coming from a terahertz detector (12) and second partial radiations (24) reflected from the detector. The second partial radiations impinge at another terahertz detector (14), and third partial radiations (26) reflected from the latter detector run from the plane. An end element (16) is arranged such that the third partial radiations fall at the end element and partially reflect back at the latter detector, where the end element is a reflecting element.
