The system has a useable volume (7) provided with a liquid medium (6), and a compensating volume provided with a gaseous medium (10). The compensating volume is made of an elastomeric foamed material (8) that is selected from silicon and polyurethane. The compensating volume includes a closed pinhole (9) provided with the gaseous medium, where the pinhole includes centre-diameter of about 0.5-3 mm. The elastomeric foamed material is arranged in an energy managing system, a power electronic system or an X-ray system.
