PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a pattern of thin film is provided to prevent the swelling phenomenon of a printing mold since de-swelling and swelling phenomina maintains balance. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a pattern of thin film comprises an organic-solution supply unit(122), a printing plate(130), a blanket(110) and a printing roller(120). The organic-solution supply unit supplies the organic solution. A groove and a protrusion are formed on the printing plate to pattern the organic solution. The supplied organic solution is filled in the blanket. The blanket comprises poly-siloxane with a tri-fluorine propyl. The printing roller is installed on the outer circumferential surface of the blanket. The printing roller rotates on the printing plate and a substrate.
