PURPOSE: A plate with engraving grooves for printing two lines and a printing device are provided to enable two lines to be printed without the precise manufacturing of engraving grooves. CONSTITUTION: A plate with engraving grooves(11) for printing two lines comprises a barrier(12). The barrier is formed on the central part of the engraving groove to divide the ink(2), which is filled in the engraving groove. The height of the barrier is formed to be lower than the height of the engraving groove. The height of the barrier is designed to be lower relatively when the ink has higher viscosity than reference viscosity. The height of the barrier is designed to be higher relatively when the ink has lower viscosity than reference viscosity.
