<p>A method and apparatus for terminal management and a system for terminal remote management are disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention. The method for terminal management includes the steps of: receiving a request message for terminal remote management sent from a terminal management server, wherein the request message for terminal remote management includes a target identifier of a terminal and service type parameters; according to the service type parameters and a received calling response message returned from the terminal that has the target identifier, performing service processing, and obtaining the result of service processing; sending a response message for remote management to the terminal management server, wherein the response message for remote management includes the result of service processing.</p> |
