CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR HAVING LOWER COMPRESSION RATIO AND AIR CONDITIONING UNIT USING THE SAME

A centrifugal compressor having lower compression ratio and an air conditioning unit using the same are provided. The compressor includes an impeller (4), a rotary shaft (5), a motor (8), a driving gear (6) and a driven gear (7). The impeller (4) comprises an impeller disk (9) and multiple curved vanes (10) which are evenly distributed along the circumference of the impeller disk (9). A radially inner end of each curved vane (10) is an inlet end (11), and a radially outer end is an outlet end (12). A side of each curved vane (10) near the impeller disk (9) is an outer side (13), and a side far away from the impeller disk (9) is an inner side (14). The outlet end (12) of the curved vane makes an angle of 50-60 degrees with a connecting line between the outlet end and the axial center of the impeller. A connecting line between the outer side and the inner side of the outlet end (12) of the curved vane makes an angle of 17-23 degrees with the axis of the impeller disk (9). The compressor of the invention ensures stable operation of the air conditioning unit under a high temperature working condition, and improves the performance coefficient of the unit. The compressor has lower compression ratio and better energy saving effect.
