PURPOSE: A sensor circuit and a display device with a light sensing sensor are provided to increase a light sensing performance. CONSTITUTION: A sensor array(160) responses a driving signal during the first interval and charges a sensing signal corresponding to the external light. A sensing signal is discharged by responding to a switching signal during the second interval. The first control unit(170) provides an operating signal to the sensor array. The second control unit provides the switching signal to the sensor array.
