PURPOSE: An optical disc device and a tray eject control method, capable of normally ejecting a tray are provided to normally eject the tray by applying driving voltage to the loading motor after applying the driving voltage to the loading motor. CONSTITUTION: A tray is ejected to the outside by applying the driving voltage to a loading motor in a tray eject operation(S11). If there is error in the tray eject operation, the driving voltage eject the tray by applying the driving motor to the loading motor(S16).
