PURPOSE: A terminal device for transmitting an uplink signal and a method thereof are provided to maximize power per tone in the terminal device to transmit a signal. CONSTITUTION: A terminal device includes a receiving module(210), a resource unit mapper(340), and a transmitting module(230). The receiving module receives scheduling information for UL(UpLink) signal transmission from a base station. The resource unit mapper maps an UL signal on a fixed number of resource units according to received scheduling information of the receiving module. The transmission module transmits the mapped UL signal to the base station.
