<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency circuit capable of suppressing the degradation of the characteristics of high frequency signals to be output. <P>SOLUTION: The high frequency circuit includes: an input pad 13 formed on a substrate 12 and connected to an input line 16 whose one end is connected with the outside; an output pad 14 formed on the substrate 12 and connected to an output line 17 whose one end is connected with the outside; and a plurality of FETs 15 arrayed on the substrate 12 between the input pad 13 and the output pad 14 and connected with the input pad 13 and the output pad 14 by wires 18 and 19 for input and output, respectively. The contact point 20 of the input pad 13 and the plurality of wires 18 for the input and the contact point 21 of the output pad 14 and the plurality of wires 19 for the output are concentrated in an area inside a circle whose diameter isλ/16 on the input and output pads 13 and 14, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
