PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment tool for an endoscope, achieving precise marking even in an enlarged visual field of an endoscope. SOLUTION: This treatment tool 1 for an endoscope includes: a cylindrical hood 2 removably mounted to the outer periphery of the distal end of the endoscope 6; a marking wire 4 for marking a treated region of a patient; and a guide tube 3 where the marking wire is inserted. The hood 2 includes a mounting part 11 mounted to the outer periphery of the distal end of the endoscope 6 and a projecting part 12 projected from the mounting part 11 toward the front of the endoscope 6. In the projecting part 12, working space 13 is formed by the inner peripheral surface thereof and the distal end face of the endoscope 6. The guide tube 3 includes: a base part 16 extending along the axial direction of the mounting part 11; a first curved part 17 curving from the base part 16 through the projecting part 12 toward the working space 13; and a second curved part 18 curving parallel to the axial direction of the projecting part 12 in the working space 13.
