PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein even though a user who is in a serious situation transmits one's whereabouts to a called person side through a mobile phone having a GPS function so far in such a case, notes and use conditions are too many and too complex, depending upon makers, and it may be difficult for a stranger in an area to explain his or her whereabout only through telephone communication and to handle serious situations. SOLUTION: With respect to functions of a mobile phone with a GPS function, an emergency switch is provided at a part of a body of the mobile phone, a plurality of mail addresses are previously registered in an origination chip, and in the mobile phone, the origination chip which displays an emergency state is built. When the emergency switch is turned on, "the time, emergency state, map, name, telephone number" etc., are displayed on a display screen on the side of the called-person. Then origination continues to be automatically turned on and off, until a battery in a battery pack becomes flat. Furthermore, the mobile phone has a function of informing of "emergency cancel" the same caller side where an origination log is recorded in the origination chip by depressing a password number, when the user becomes unable to move, and escapes from a serious situation.
