PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attendant terminal device and its control program for accelerating error processing and preventing customers from being given uncomfortable feeling. SOLUTION: The attendant terminal device includes an error reception determination unit M1 determining whether or not the error information transmitted from a self checkout terminal is received when an error occurs at the self checkout terminal to be connected from the outside; an error message display unit M2 displaying the error information when it is determined that the error information is received by the error reception determination unit M1; a transmission destination reference unit M3 referring to the transmission destination of the registered attendant; and an error message transmission unit M4 creating the error message to transmit to the transmission destination of the referred attendant.
