PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: influence of noise is likely to increase by deconvolution in Fourier space, in a region where the value of a signal is small. SOLUTION: In a deconvolution device: a signal input part 10 receives as a signal to be analyzed, input of a signal expressed by convolution of two signals expressed by two functions, representing function and weighting function, respectively; an analysis object selection part 12 designates the type of the signal to be analyzed; a signal conversion part 14 performs predetermined signal processing on an input signal based on the type of the input signal designated by the analysis object selection part and converts the signal into the signal of a Fourier region; a minute amount estimation part 16 estimates the minute constant of a value smaller than the strength of a signal in the Fourier region by a predetermined ratio; a weighting function acquisition part 18 acquires an analytic function being the Fourier expression of the weighting function based on the type of the input signal designated by the analysis object selection part; and a deconvolution arithmetic part 20 generates the signal of the representing function by dividing the signal converted by the signal conversion part by the sum of the minute constant and the analytic function.
