PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the mouth to widely open in a vertical direction during the use of a mouth corner hook. SOLUTION: The mouth corner hook 1 is used to expose the teeth and their surroundings by catching the corners of the mouth with its engagement part 4. The engagement part 4 is in the shape of a semi-circular arch in a plane view. The engagement part 4 in section is a U-shaped opening facing the outer circumference. The inner circumference of the engagement part 4 corresponding to the bottom of the shape U is cut away except both of its circumferential end parts 43, 43 to come into contact with the mouth and forms an opening part 44. When the engagement part 4 is caught by the corners of the mouth, the contact end part 43 comes into contact with a part separate from the mouth lip corner, and the mouth opening part 44 moves the mouth corners and their surroundings toward the center of the mouth.
