PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bay window fixing structure and a construction method of a bay window that can reduce a transportation cost and transportation time and labor and also reduce a construction cost and construction time and labor at a site. SOLUTION: A building unit 10 is conveyed in a state of temporarily fixing a bay window frame 51 to the building unit 10 in a receding position receding in an indoor direction. The transportation cost and transportation time and labor can thereby be reduced in comparison with the case of transporting the bay window frame 51 and a window sash separately. Further, since the bay window frame 51 and the window sash are temporarily fixed to the building unit 10 beforehand, the bay window frame 51 has only to be properly fixed in a projecting position after releasing the temporary fixing at the site. Since there is no need to lift the bay window frame 51 etc. by a crane or the like for installation, the construction time and labor and construction cost at the site can also be reduced.
