PURPOSE: A window having a waterproofing gasket is provided to ensure air- and water-tight seal by changing the flow path of wind and water entering from outside through drain holes of a window frame. CONSTITUTION: A window(10) comprises a protrusion(14) and an end part which is supported on a window glass in a glass fixing rim(18). Gaskets(19) are installed in the protrusion and the glass fixing rims in order to press and fix the window glass. A first drain hole(15) is formed to lead water or air flowing in between the protrusion and the glass fixing rim to the inside of a window frame. A second drain hole(16) is formed to drain the water or air passing through the first drain hole to the outside of the window frame. A waterproofing gasket(30) is installed in a space between the glass fixing rim and the window glass, with one end pressed onto the gasket installed inside the glass fixing rim. |
