<p>The present invention presents a cleaning technology in a used paper recycling apparatus capable of assuring a stable used paper recycling operation all the time, by removing and cleaning securely the used paper pulp remaining in the parts of the apparatus components of a used paper recycling apparatus of furniture size. The cleaning method of the cleaning system (CS) includes a white water cleaning process (A) of circulating white water (W) dewatered and collected in the paper making unit (4) for manufacturing regenerated paper (RP) from used paper pulp (UPP) in a pulp making unit (2) and a pulp concentration adjusting unit (3) of apparatus components for composing the used paper recycling apparatus (1) by a white water cleaning unit (220), and cleaning the pulp making unit (2) and the pulp concentration adjusting unit (3), and clean water cleaning processes (B), (C) of cleaning the paper making unit (4) by clean water (W) by a clean water cleaning unit (221). As a result, the used paper pulp (UPP) remaining in the parts of the apparatus components (2, 3, 4) can be securely cleaned and removed, and a stable used paper recycling operation can be assured all the time.</p> |
