Method for unrolling a thread sheet from a warp beam

The method involves continuously calculating rotational speed of a warp beam using rotational speed function depending on number of rotations made, an outer diameter of the full warp beam and an outer diameter of a winding core of the warp beam. The warp beam is rotated at the calculated rotational speed. The rotational speed function is formed using a linear function (6) and a correction function (7), which provides compression properties of a thread sheet. A quadratic function is used as the correction function.
