<p>In order to increase luggage space in motor vehicles, a device in the form of an insert is provided which keeps the folding lid (4) of the luggage space open and closes the resulting gap. The insert consists of an approximately right-angled rear wall component (1) and approximately triangular side wall components (5) connected to it on its narrow sides. Near to the sealing regions of the vehicle body and folding lid (4) the insert can be connected to the said body and folding lid. In addition, a sealing strip (6) for the residual gap arising as a result of raising the folding door is provided on the hinge side of the folding lid (4).</p> |
