<p>The arrangement has a web material (12) illuminated by a light source (10) and comprising a weave structure that is made of warp threads (18). The warp threads and weft threads (20) form a warp thread layer and a weft thread layer, respectively, where the weft thread layer contacts the warp thread layer on a side. The warp and weft threads are connected by binding threads (22). The threads are made of polyethylene terephthalate, polyamide, polycarbonate, polypropylene, PTFE, polyvinylidene fluoride, polymethacrylic acid, polyacrylonitrile, polyacrylonitrile, metal, glass or inorganic fibers.
