<p>The cutting tool for high-speed slicing of food products, comprises a process area (12, 14) that transfers by a hot isostatic pressing process in initial condition and in a finished condition and is connected with a base body (13) of the cutting tool and/or with a further process area. The process area forms a cutting area of the cutting tool, which defines a radial cutting edge (21) of the cutting tool showing towards outside. The process area forms a reception- or mounting area of the cutting tool and consists of powder metallurgical steel. The process area forming a cutting area of the cutting tool is subjected on an external circumference area of the base body, is formed in half circular manner and/or has the form of a closed ring. A flush transition is provided between the process area and the base body and/or between process areas. The cutting tool is formed as rotating and planetary rotating circular knife or as rotating sickle-, spiral-, or cutter tool. Independent claims are included for: (1) a device for high-speed slicing of food products; and (2) a method for the production of cutting tools.</p> |
