PURPOSE: A knowledge trading service based on a mobile wireless internet is provided to improve the competitiveness of an enterprise by enabling real time information acquisition and fast decision making. CONSTITUTION: A mobile web server stores an enterprise contents(S11). The mobile web server decides whether information change exists or not(S12). The changed enterprise contents is offered to a terminal of an individual member which is in accord with the condition of location of the project information(S13). Whether or not the enterprise contents is the enterprise contents in which the project information is included is determined(S131). If the changed enterprise contents is identified, an individual member which is in accord with the changed enterprise contents in the fixed condition of location is extracted(S132). The changed enterprise contents is offered to the extracted individual member. |
