The apparatus (1) has a plug-in device which plugs into a computation system (30) and a memory module connects to a bus system of the computation system by the plug-in device. A time signal generating device (11) and microcontroller (5) are connected to interact so that the computation system is provided with time signal through the plug-in device. An independent claim is included for computation system for industrial process.
