PURPOSE: A method for transmitting downlink data in a multi cell cooperative wireless communication system is provided to reduce interference between cells by exchanging a minimum amount of control signals. CONSTITUTION: Base station A sets the transfer rate and transfer power of common data(dAc) and individual data respectively(S110). Base station B sets the transfer rate and transfer power of individual data(dBp) for terminal b(S111). Base station A transmits the common data the individual data for terminal a to a downlink. Base station B transmits the individual data for terminal b to a downlink through wireless resources overlapped with base station A(S120).
