PURPOSE:To use resources sequentially from the signal sources of the earlier request with simple constitution by selecting the earlier one of the signals from the two processors which are being inputted while asynchronously competing with each other thereby controlling the request and approval of the use of the information resources. CONSTITUTION:When the requests for using an information resource M are emitted almost simultaneously from processors p1, p2, a competition decision circuit 2 detects which of the inputs r1, r2 is produced earlier by using the NAND circuit 31, 32 of a control circuit 1. Now if it is assumed that r1 is inputted earlier than r2, the output R is activated, and the generation of the use request for the resource M from the processor p1 is transmitted to the resource M. The resource M activates the response input A in order to announce that it admits the activation of the request output R. Thereafter, when the work of the processor p1 ends and the input r1 is unactivated, the input r2 of the processor p2 which has been standing-by emits the use request for the resource M. |
