PURPOSE:To simplify the operation a for reuse of information and reduce the cost, by using a part of the file of the information file center as the private file of the information termial user. CONSTITUTION:Many information terminals 5a-5d are connected to information center 1 storing large-scale information through exchanges 2, 3 and 3'. Information file centers 4 and 4' are connected to exchanges 3 and 3'. Information file centers 4 and 4' are provided with private files 41, 42, 43... and 41', 42', 43'.... the terminal user takes out and uses required information from information center 1 through hiw own terminal, for example, terminal 5a and designates one private file, for example, private file 41 of the information file center to file this information as required. For reusing this information, it can be taken out only by designating private file 41, so that the operation becomees simple, and the cost is reduced. |
