摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify parameter adjustment by roughly setting a parameter, then giving a disturbance to control outputs, comparing the controllabilities before and after the disturbance and setting and changing the same, in adjusting PID controllers and the like. CONSTITUTION:A PID parameter is roughly set in a control device 10 adjusting PID or the like, by a parameter adjusting circuit 19. The output of this device 10 is given the disturbance of a disturbance generating circuit 12 by a sequence circuit 18. As a result the process variate having been given to a process 13 is compared with a control target value, and the deviation value is inputted to a controllability measuring circuit 15. In the circuit 15, the absolute value or square value of the deviation is integrated, and the measured value A1 is inputted to the cicuit 19 which in turn changes the whole or part of the parameter. It is also stored in a storage circuit 17. The disturbance from the circuit 12 is applied to the output of the circuit 10 of which the parameter has been changed, and the measured value A2 is outputted from the circuit 15. This measured value A2 is compared with the measured value A1 in the circuit 10, and again changes the parameter. Such operation is repeated, whereby the parameter is automatically set to the control target value.
