PURPOSE:To secure freely the working range and to save labor for recovering empty pallets, by arranging into a conveying stage a working zone, a storage zone, a taking-out zone and an empty pallet recovering zone. CONSTITUTION:The working, storage, taking-out and recovering zones A, B, C, D are arranged in the conveying stage comprising an endless rail L. A chain 25 is moved round in the direction shown by an arrow E through a motor 28. In this case, in the storage zone B first and second stopper mechanisms 37, 38 include guide rails 53, 63 positioned below a moving region of a link 26, and since a connecting pin 35 of the link 26 is in contact with an engaging piece 27 of the pallet 20, the chain 25 is at the idling state, and swingable levers DELTA, 60 are engageable since an engaging plate is projected into a moving region of a roller shaft 48 of the pallet 20, and the function of the stopper mechanisms 37, 38 is retained. When a worker works an object P placed on a supporting frame 23 of the pallet 20 supplied to the zone A, since the connecting pin 35 and the engaging piece 27 are disengaged, the pallet 20 will not be dragged by the chain 25. |
