PURPOSE:The titled composition providing uniform cellular foams excellent in flame retardancy, impact resistance, and heat resistance, comprising a specified polyol, a specified isocyanate, a specified catalyst, a specified blowing agent, and a specified flame-retardant. CONSTITUTION:To (A) 100 pts. wt. polyol containing 30-70% compound of formulasIand/or II, wherein Z10-10 are each a group of formula III-V, m is 0-4 and n1-4 are each 1-4, obtained by reacting aniline with HCHO or by adding propylene oxide or ethylene oxide to a compound obtained by nitrating toluene and reducing the product are added (B) an isocyanate of formula VI or VII, having 0.9-1.3 mol isocyanato groups per mol active hydrogen, (C) 0,2-5 pts. wt. catalyst (e.g., triethylenediamine), (D) 0.5-1 pt. wt. foam stabilizer (e.g., polydimethylsiloxane/oxyalkylene copolymer), (E) a blowing agent (e.g., water) and (F) 0,35-5 pts. wt. (calculated as P) flame-retardant consisting of a P compound which is liquid at normal temperature and pressure (e.g., tricresyl phosphate).
