<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate restriction of thermal expansion of a brake disk due to braking heat and generation of stress at a disk fitting section by link-coupling the brake disk with a wheel hub in said mechanism applied in a motor bicycle, etc. CONSTITUTION:A front wheel hub 4 is pivoted through a bearing 3 to a front wheel axle 1 with its both ends fixed to a front fork 2. Fitting bosses 5 protruding to the side of a wheel are formed on the hub 4, for instance, at a distance of 120 deg. along the periphery. On the other hand, bosses 8 protruding in a radial direction are formed on the periphery of a brake disk 7 on which a caliper 20 strides from inside at a distance of 120 deg. along the periphery. Said disk 7 is connected to each fitting boss 5 at each boss section 8 with a link 9. The link 9 is formed in a forked shape at one end, pinches a boss 8, and is pivoted by a pin 10, and the open hole at the other end is pivoted by a pin 11 screwed into the boss 5.</p> |
