PURPOSE:To equalize the mixing ratio of a gas to a liquid or vice versa by the titled dispersing device of simple structure by a method wherein the gas and the liquid are supplied to a center bar in their own phases and are dispersed at the center bar so as to join together. CONSTITUTION:The liquid entered a header 29 from an inlet port 30 is distributed through a group of liquid distribution fins 21 and reaches the center bar 24 through the left half section 23L of a group of intermediate fins 23. On the other hand, the gas entered a header 33 from a inlet port 32 reaches the center bar 24 through a group of gas distribution fins 22 and the right half section 23R of a group of intermediate fins 23. Further, the gas and the liquid passed the center bar 24 join together at the upper part of the center bar 24 and flow into a group of effective fins 27 via throughholes 34 and 35 of two staged auxiliary bars 25 and 26 so that the mixture of the gas and the fluid exchange heat with a heat medium flowing through an adjoining fin layer F for the heat medium. |
