PURPOSE:To enable to cook by heating to the center of the thickness of a material to be cooked, even if said material to be cooked is considerably thick, by directly striking the material to be cooked with hot air by a structure wherein the hot air is rendered to be blown-off to the central position of a heating chamber in the hot air circulating type heat cooker. CONSTITUTION:The hot air heated at a heater 8 is blown-off from blowoff holes 14 provided at the center of a partition plate 5 to the center of the heating chamber 1 by means of an axial fan 6 and then the hot air in the heating chamber 1 is sucked from suction holes 15 provided in the partition plate 5 at its periphery adjacent to the side wall of the heating chamber 1 so as to forcibly circulate the hot air. In such a manner as mentioned above, the circulating hot air directly hits against the material to be cooked, resulting in enabling to heat the center of the material to be cooked with high temperature hot air with no heat being absorbed to the wall of the heating chamber 1. |
