PURPOSE: A master glass having a structure is provided to prevent damage to a mast glass due to static electricity by electrically connecting the conductive patterns of the master glass corresponding to a deposition pattern. CONSTITUTION: A first conductive pattern(110) is formed within one cell(120) corresponding to an organic electro-luminescence display panel. The first conductive pattern comprises an opening corresponding to a deposition pattern. A second conductive pattern(130) electrically interlinks the first conductive pattern. The second conductive pattern comprises a shorting bar pattern(130a) surrounding the first conductive patterns The first and second conductive pattern are made of same material.
